Company Overview

With more than 15 years rich experiences and IT industry presence, M&L inc. (M&L) provides comprehensive business services to 3 main function areas; B2B marketing (marketing communications / PR / Advertising / Events / Creative works / Consultation), Localization (Document, Web and Product Localization) and Education (Product and Services Training / IT and Business Training) to IT vendors to support their business expansion and growth in the Japanese market. We have been supporting more than 100 IT vendors including mega IT vendors, medium to small IT companies as well as IT start-up ventures.

M&L was established in 1999 after completion of Japan's bubble economy to meet marketing budget reduction needs by initiating marketing outsourcing services to US IT vendors with total support for marketing and localization activities at less cost. By utilizing product or service knowledge obtained from localization activities to marketing activities, we enabled significant overhead cost reduction in marketing planning which also resulted in total service level improvement with one-stop comprehensive services from Marketing to Localization. In 2011, M&L launched the Education Service Unit to provide product and service training to customers' employees, end users and distributors and sales partners.

With our cyclic support for M&L + E, M&L can offer "SalesReady" solutions to support our customers' more needs at lower cost.
